What size tent do I need?
The general rule is to allow 15 square feet per guest. Typical wedding or garden parties under a tent or canopy will require spaces for guests to be seated around picnic tables or round tables, as well as needed space for buffet and or head tables.
How many tables fit under the tents?

- 20x20 tents will fit 6 picnic or banquet tables or 4 round tables.
- 20x30 tents will fit 8 picnic or banquet tables or 6 round tables.
- 20x40 tents will fit 12 picnic or banquet tables or 8 round tables.
How much room do I need for my tent?
- Pole tents require an additional 6 feet around all sides for anchoring/staking.
- Frame tents do not require any additional space.
Are sidewalls or tent accessories included?
No, there is an additional fee for tent sides, as well as cathedral window inserts.
Are there additional charges if a tent is needed on pavement rather than grass?
Yes, tent weights are necessary to secure the tent to the pavement. There is an additional charge necessary for each weight.
How many guests can be seated at each table?
- 8 foot banquet tables can easily fit four on each side, in addition to an occupant on each end, for a total of 10 per table.
- Picnic tables comfortably sit 3-4 adults per side.
- 60 inch round tables will seat 8 comfortably.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is accepted upon delivery of the rental equipment (See Policy section for details). Oftentimes, renters are not available at pickup, so it makes it more convenient at delivery.

When should I make reservations?
Reserving well in advance to the event assures you of meeting your rental needs. High volume times, particularly for graduations and weddings in the late spring and early summer, can typically be booked up to 6 months in advance.
What if I need to change my order?
Just give us a phone call and we will do whatever we can to meet your needs. Prime time rentals may be difficult for changing orders, so early calls are appreciated.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No, however communication in advance is helpful for delivery so appropriate directions for set up can be arranged.
Will the delivery date and time of my rentals be verified?
Yes. We will place a call approximately a week before the party to schedule and verify delivery date and time for setup.
